Terms of use

Policy of reservations: ‘All reservations are activated with engagement
of total sum of reservation in a number of credit card.
With the number of card we require the name of holder of card, the date of expiry
and the cvv number.
Policy of cancellation: The reservations should be cancelled at
least 21 days before the date of arrival in order to avoid penalty clause of 50%
of total amount included tax.
Cost of not appearance: Total amount included tax.
Premature departure: For the premature departures of not emergency
50% of remainder eve of included tax will be debited.
CHECK IN 14:00 CHECK OUT 12:00
Family policy:
- The children up to age 2 remain free of charge in the existing beds of room.
- The children above 12 years are considered as adults.
- Children 3 until 12
years pay the additional bed of 20% of price of room per night (only one additional
bed per room).
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed.
Taxes: Tax of 10% of VAT that is included in the price. Municipal tax 0.5% that is included in the price.
